Riddle Alley provides location-based urban puzzle games. Users purchase access codes to unlock specific game scenarios via our web application.

3. User Safety & Liability (Crucial)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Riddle Alley games take place in the real world. You are solely responsible for your safety while playing. By participating, you agree that:

• You will obey all local traffic laws, pedestrian rules, and regulations.
• You will respect private property and not trespass.
• Riddle Alley is not liable for any physical injury, property damage, or legal issues arising from your participation in the game.
• You play at your own risk. Pay attention to your surroundings, traffic, and obstacles.

4. Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product (access codes), refunds are generally not provided once a code has been used/activated. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from playing, please contact support within 48 hours of purchase for a resolution or refund.

All game content, storylines, puzzles, and images are the property of Riddle Alley. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
